When creating a user or exporting data for the first time to BankLink Notes Online the user receives two (2) emails.  One will contain the link to the BankLink Notes Online website and the other will contain a temporary password.
You will need both these emails to access BankLink Notes Online and to follow this process:

  1. Locate the email containing the BankLink Notes Online website and click on this link.
    Your web browser will open the BankLink Notes Online website login window.  Please save this website to your Favorites list.
  2. In the Email field enter your email address.
  3. In the Password field enter the temporary password enclosed in the email.
    You are then promted to reset your password.
  4. Reset your password as requested.
  5. If the current version of Microsoft Silverlight is not installed you will be prompted to and are required to install it.  Ensure that you have installed the latest version of Microsoft Silverlight as this is required.  Then proceed to step 11.
  6. If Microsoft Silverlight is installed you will be prompted to accept the End User License Agreement.
  7. Accept the terms of the End User License Agreement.
    A warning message will appear.
  8. Click Yes to the warning message "BankLink online requires more disk space to be able to run.".
  9. Microsoft Silverlight will ask you to confirm if you want to increase your available storage and advise that the following website https://<subdomain>.banklinkonline.com is requesting more application storage on your computer.
  10. Click Yes to increase the available storage. 
    The BankLink Online Software Update screen appears.
  11. Please read through the information and click Ok
  12. The BankLink Notes Online window will then open and your transaction list will appear.
