MYOB BankLink recommends the following process to resolve this issue:

  1. Exit BankLink Notes Online.  
  2. Click on Start > All Programs > Microsoft Silverlight > Microsoft Silverlight
  3. Select the Application Storage tab. 
  4. Highlight the BankLink Online website. 
  5. Click Delete.  
  6. Click Ok.  
  7. Log back in to BankLink Online.
