To upgrade BankLink Practice use the Check for Updates option located on the Updates tab of the System > Options menu. This launches a wizard to help you to first check for, and then install the required update.
How to upgrade BankLink Practice
Note: Ensure all other users are logged out of BankLink Practice prior to performing these steps.
Open BankLink Practice, and from System menu, select Options. The System Options window appears.
Click the Updates tab.
The Check for Updates button appears.
Click Check for Updates.
The BankLink Practice Update window appears. Note: If you experience the error "Cannot check for updates, please try again later" refer to
Select the latest update and click DownloadNow.
The BankLink Practice upgrade downloads and once downloaded a prompt appears to confirm the install.
Click Yes.
The Confirm window appears, advising it is about to execute the upgrade file.
Click Yes.
The installation wizard appears.
Progress through the installation wizard perform the installation.
The installation is complete.
Open BankLink Practice and from the Help menu select About.
The About BankLink Practice window appears showing the version number as the updated version.
