Viewing and editing subscription details and payment details
The My subscription page shows details of your subscription to LiveAccounts, including your serial number and the monthly subscription fee.
To view your subscription details, go to the Settings menu and click My subscription.
Editing your subscription details
If you need to edit your subscription details (other than the card you use to pay for MYOB Essentials) contact MYOB Essentials support: Australia | New Zealand.
Editing your payment details
If you need to change the credit card you’re using to pay your MYOB Essentials subscription, click Update payment details and enter your card details. Click Next to continue to the next screen where you can confirm your details.
Once you’ve confirmed your details, the new card will be used for all MYOB Essentials subscription payments, starting from your next scheduled payment.
Cancelling your subscription
If you decide not to continue using LiveAccounts, you can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting MYOB Essentials support: Australia | New Zealand.
