Accessing clients’ LiveAccounts businesses

The client businesses you’ve been granted access to are listed in the My Clients section of the MYOB LiveAccounts Admin Centre Homepage. Click on the business name to jump straight to the selected business’s LiveAccounts Homepage. You’ll be logged in automatically.

The MYOB LiveAccounts Admin Centre pages have a blue menu bar, while the client LiveAccounts pages have a green one. You can use this colour difference to check where you’re working.

To access a client’s LiveAccounts business

note :  Do you have software that blocks pop-up windows?

Your client’s LiveAccounts business will open in a new window, so, before you start, you need to disable the blocking on the LiveAccounts site.

        1. Log in to the MYOB LiveAccounts Admin Centre.

In the My Clients section of the Homepage, the clients whose businesses you manage using LiveAccounts are listed.

        1. Click the business name of the business you want to work with.

A new browser window opens, displaying the selected business’s LiveAccounts Homepage, ready for you to start work. You’re logged in automatically.

Your MYOB LiveAccounts Admin Centre Homepage remains open in its own browser window, and you can return to it at any time.

        1. You can now work with most areas of your client’s LiveAccounts business.

When you’re finished, click Log out at the top of the page, and close the browser window.

        1. Return to the MYOB LiveAccounts Admin Centre Homepage and, if necessary, continue working with your own file.

When you’re finished, you’ll need to log out separately from this window.
