Create come basic profiles for your employees so that you can pay your staff. At this point the profiles will be just a name, but you can add more details later by opening the Modify Employee Details window.

First, enter an identifier such as your employee’s initials.

Next, enter a short name. This can be a full name, or a nickname or a shortened version of their name (for example, ‘Tim’ for ‘Timothy’).

Click Go, and your employee profiles are ready.
