All migrated documents will have:

  • the version set to 1

  • the sent date will be set as the date that the document was last modified

  • the document security is set from the filing cabinet

  • been created by the currently logged in user.

 

To add extra details for migrated documents
  1. Open the Document Migration Wizard. See Opening the Document Migration Wizard.

  2. (AE) Ensure that you have completed Checking your contact directory mappings and previous sections.

  3. (AO) Ensure that you have completed Selecting the documents to be migrated.

  4. Ensure that you are on the Migrated documents additional details page.

  5. Enter the Author to be set for all the documents migrated, or you can click the ellipse button to open the Find Employees window and find the employee who will be set as the author of all migrated documents.

  6. Select the appropriate option for the Status to be set for all the documents migrated.

  7. Select the appropriate option for the Source to be set for all the documents migrated.
  8. Click Next. The Select Application Types to be migrated page opens.
