Many worksheets are presented as grids. Enter information into the rows of the grid to calculate a total.

Data can be entered directly into each cell in the grid. Click to place the cursor within the grid cell and type to enter the information. Information can be edited and deleted in the same way. An  indicates the row which is in focus.

The grid provides cells to enter information necessary to the label being completed. For example, each line in a grid opened from a label in Section C of the Form MS allows for deductions and non-deductible expenses to be entered separately.

When printing a client copy of a form, data present in a grid will be formatted and printed in body of the return not separately form it.
