You can view the documents added and (AE) linked to an (AE) assignment, client, contact or (AE) supplier from the Documents tab.

To view attached documents
  1. Find and open the (AE) assignment, client, contact or (AE) supplier.
  2. Click the Documents tab. All the folders, documents and (AE) document links are displayed in the list.

  3. Double-click a file or link to open it.
