If you upgraded from MYOB AO Classic, be aware that when your outstanding debtors entries were converted, any part payments became unallocated receipts in MYOB AO.

Any unallocated receipts need to be allocated to ensure they are reflected in debtor’s statements and reports.

How do I identify and allocate unallocated receipts?
  1. Select Debtors Reports > Aged Debtors from the AO-GS-Button-Debtors.png menu. The Reports window opens, listing the available aged debt reports.
  2. Select the Aged Debtor By Company - Partner Detailed report and click Run. The Report Fields window opens.
  3. Click OK to run the report with the default settings. The report opens.
  4. For each client with an entry in the Unallocated Cash column, allocate the receipt.

See Allocating unallocated receipts to a bill for full instructions.
