MYOB takes the security of your data very seriously and for this reason we regularly update our solutions to use the latest security protocols.

On September 30/ MPS clients 15 October, we will update our solutions that use TLS 1.0 (Transport Level Security) to now use TLS 1.1 or 1.2.

 

What does this mean for you? 


If you're using MYOB RetailManager v12.5 with AccountRight, you'll need to update MYOB RetailManager prior to Jan 1st 2019.

If you don't, you'll be unable to post GL journals from MYOB RetailManager to MYOB AccountRight.

  • this update is for MYOB RetailManager v12.5 only
  • this update is for Australia and New Zealand versions

 

To install the update
  1. Right-click this file and choose save to desktop. (Link to update)

  2. Double click the downloads MSI file.
  3. Click Next
  4. Choose the location of your Retail Manager installation. The default folder c:/RETAILM will automatically be shown.
  5. Click Next
  6. Click Install
  7. Click Finish
