Now, when searching the knowledge base, you'll get results from both the online product help and the knowledge base.
Whether you're fixing errors or working with new features you'll find the answer in a single location.
Let's take a look at how to use the Knowledge Base so you can quickly start finding the right answers.

Search for a solution
- Sign in to my.myob.
- Click Search the knowledge base.
- In the Select your product drop-down list, either leave All Products or select a product suite.
- Enter a search term in the search field and click the magnifying glass .
- If you want to filter the results, select a product in the Filter by section in the REFINE panel.
Click a search result to open the knowledge base article.

Filter your results
If you're seeing too many results, try using the filters located to the left of your search results.
The Filter by - Product Capability filter shows results based on individual product whereas the Search in filter lets you view results based on the type of article or topic. For example:
If you're looking for product information or how to do something, you'll likely find the answer in the Online Help.
If you're looking for a solution to an error, problem or technical advice, try searching the Knowledge base. Make sure you've logged into my.MYOB to see these results.
