When you log in to your Partner Dashboard, you will be asked to enter your MYOB Client ID or Serial number to confirm that you’re part of the MYOB Partner Program.
Why do I need to enter this?
As MYOB Partners, you’ve told us you’d like an easier way to manage all your MYOB clients, no matter which product they’re using. We’ve heard you and we’re working towards a single dashboard to help you better manage all your clients. From the way you refer products to how you access their business data and work better with them.
The first step towards better client management is linking your partner dashboard in MYOB Essentials with your MYOB client ID or serial number.
How do I find my client ID?
You’ll find your Client ID next to your username at the top of the screen whenever you’re logged in to your my.MYOB account.
How do I find my serial number?
Find your serial number in the My Products section of your my.MYOB account.

How can I access my files without a partner dashboard?
Don’t worry, you’ll still have access to all the files that you currently have access to. Instead of them being listed in your Partner Dashboard, they’ll appear in your My businesses list. You’ll still be able to access the same information as you do at the moment.
