Having an incorrect serial number embedded in your company file will cause issues with product activation and confirmation. MYOB's Data File Repair Team offer a Serial Number Removal service which will get you back up and running in no time.

To upload your file

  1. Create a backup of your company file.
  2. Name the backup file as instructed in the email we sent you. Back up files that are not named correctly can't be processed.
  3. Access the datafile dropzone using the link in the email we sent you.
  4. Click Adding.
  5. Find and click on your back up file then click Open.
  6. Click Upload.
