This article in intended for website owners. If you're a user who's been invited to access a website, see Accessing an MYOB Atlas website as a user instead.

Your MYOB Atlas login account is the account you use to log into your MYOB Atlas website. It will be with one of the following account providers: my.MYOB, Google, Facebook, PayPal, Windows Live (Hotmail), Yahoo, Twitter or LinkedIn.

At some point you may need to change your MYOB Atlas login account (say, if you've deleted your account or are otherwise unable to access it) or change the password for your MYOB Atlas login account (say, if you've forgotten it). In the following sections, we'll show you how to change your login account and password.

Changing your login account

If you don't know your current MYOB Atlas login account (say, if you've deleted your account or are otherwise unable to access it), the first thing you should do is try to recover it through your account provider. For example, if Google is your account provider, try searching for something like 'recover Google account' to find the webpage you need, and follow the prompts.

If you're unable to recover your login account through your account provider, you can change it by following the steps below.

  1. Complete the change of login account form. Print and complete the MYOB Atlas change of login account form.
  2. Submit the change of login account form. Submit your completed form by following the instructions within.
  3. Await a response from MYOB Atlas. Once you've submitted the form, you'll be contacted by MYOB Atlas within 5 business days to complete the process.
Changing your login password

If you want to change—or you've forgotten—the password for your MYOB Atlas login account, you'll need to do so through your chosen account provider. For example, if you use a my.MYOB account as your MYOB Atlas login account, you'll need to change or recover your password through my.MYOB. You'll then be able to log into your website using your new or recovered my.MYOB password.

  FAQs

Why can I log into MYOB Atlas using another account provider (such as Google)?

You can choose to log into your MYOB Atlas website using an account you hold with my.MYOB, Google, Facebook, PayPal, Windows Live (Hotmail), Yahoo, Twitter or LinkedIn. MYOB Atlas uses OpenID to allow you to do so.

But remember, if you want to log in as the website owner, you'll need to use your my.MYOB account.

MYOB Atlas cannot log into this other account on your behalf, because we do not store your login password; instead, it's stored by your chosen account provider. For example, if you choose to use a Google account to log in, your password will only be accessed and verified by Google. Google will then tell MYOB Atlas that you're a genuine Google user and are authorised to log into your website. For more information about OpenID, see What is OpenID?
