ANSWER ID:36128MYOB BankLink recommends the following process to resolve this issue: BankLink Notes Online A blank screen may appear when logging in to BankLink Notes Online on a Windows PC. MYOB BankLink is currently investingating this issue. This issue is believed to be related to Microsoft Silverlight which is a required application for BankLink Notes Online. Solution- Exit BankLink Notes Online.
- Click on Open Microsoft Silverlight (Start > All Programs > Microsoft Silverlight > Microsoft Silverlight).
- Select Click the Application Storage tab.
- Highlight the BankLink Online website.
- Click Delete.
- Click Ok.
- Log back in to BankLink Online.
