If your company logo isn't showing on documents when using BankLink Invoice, you need to ensure that you have a logo file loaded in BankLink InvoicePlus, and that you have ticked to enable the logo to appear on the documents.

The logo file must be in JPG or JIF format or the logo will not appear. It is recommended you have a logo smaller than 100kb so that it does not affect the format of your documents.

  1. Open Invoice Plus InvoicePlus and make sure you are in the correct company.
  2.  Click Setup > Company Details.
  3.  Under the General tab, go down to Document Options and click Browse Navigate to the logo .
  4. Click the logo file you have saved on your computer and click Open .

  1. Click the Invoices tab.
  2.  Double-click an Invoice invoice to open up display a preview window of the invoice Look .
  3. In the toolbar at the Tool bar at the top of the preview and find the tick box that says logo
  4.  Ensure there is a tick in this box
  5.  You are also able to choose where on the document the logo appears on the , select the Logo option.
  6. Choose where you want the logo to appear (right, left or as a header on the documents ).
