When you click the Jobs tab, the available tasks are displayed on the Tasks bar. Different tasks are shown depending on which tab is selected on the Client page.

Jobs Tasks bar functions

Option	Description
Practice Manager
WIP enquiry	Click this option on the Tasks bar to access the WIP Enquiry for the client.
Debtors ledger	Click this option on the Tasks bar to access the Debtors Ledger for the client.
Prebilling Report
By type	Generates the Prebilling Report by Code Type in the Print Preview window. The report displays the unbilled WIP entries against task codes for all the client’s jobs. Unposted entries have an asterisk.
By employee	Generates the Prebilling Report by Employee in the Print Preview window. The report displays the unbilled WIP entries for each job by employee order.
By month	Generates the Prebilling Report by Month in the Print Preview window. The report displays the unbilled WIP entries for each job in month and employee order.
By group	Generates the Prebilling Report by Group in the Print Preview window. The report displays the unbilled WIP entries for each job based on billing groups.
