Practice Manager only

You can create, edit and delete milestone comments. Comments attached to milestones are identified by a red triangle in the top right hand corner of the cell.

To view the comment, place your cursor over the milestone. The comment displays in a small window.

Milestone comments are not included when exporting data to Microsoft Excel.

UI Expand

title	To add comments to a milestone

Right-click the milestone and select Insert Comment. The Comment window opens.
Type a comment regarding the milestone.
Click OK. A red triangle is displayed in the top right hand corner of the milestone cell.

title	To edit a comment

Right-click the cell containing the comment and select Edit Comment. The Comment window opens.
Edit the contents of the comment.
Click OK.

Right-click the cell containing the comment and select Delete Comment. The comment is deleted.
