Responsibility tab The Responsibility tab is available on the:
Client page Contact page (AE) Suppliers page.
The Responsibility tab is used to create and maintain information about the people and areas within your practice that are responsible for a client, contact or supplier’s (AE) work. You record the Team of people who will perform various functions for the client, as well as the Partner Responsibility and Structure Responsibility that have been allocated to particular clients. These responsibilities are attached to clients, contacts or suppliers for reporting purposes. (AO) The roles available for selection in this tab are Manager, Employee, and Team Member. The team roles are setup as defaults in the system, and cannot be modified. (AE) The team roles you define for your clients, contacts or suppliers are your choice. The roles available for selection in the Responsibility tab, however, are defined and maintained by your system administrator. Examples of different team responsibilities are Client Manager, Assignment Manager, Junior Accountant. UI Text Box |

| (AE) The master list of team member responsibilities are set up by your system administrator using Maintenance > Internal > Responsibility Types. Only one of each team responsibility type can be used for each client, unless your system administrator has designated a role as being available for multiple use. |
To add a new team member or partner, click the relevant entry field at the top of one of the lists, then click the ellipse button. Select the employee you require from the Find window. Allocate them a particular responsibility or role for the client, contact or supplier. UI Expand |

(AE Practice Manager) You can also define a team for a client’s assignment. This is done in the Assignment Details page > Main tab. | (AE) To amend current responsibilities, click the drop-down for an employee name or a selected responsibility and select an alternative. To delete an employee from a team, highlight the entry line for the employee and click [Delete]. |
