Accountants Enterprise with Practice Manager only

A quick way to create a new disbursement sheet is to copy from another one.

  • You can use this function if you import charges on a monthly basis to the same clients. You could copy the data from a previous month into the current one
  • if you have entered disbursements to the wrong date, copy the sheet to the correct date and then do corrections on the incorrect date

You can also copy sheet data on behalf of another employee, if you have the authority.

To copy a timesheet or a disbursement sheet
  1. Navigate to Employee page > Timesheets tab. See Finding and opening employee records.

  2. From the drop-down on the top left-hand corner of the page, select Disbursement.

  3. Click Copy disbursement sheet option on the TASKS bar. The Copy Sheet window opens.

  4. Select the date of the sheet you want to copy data from on the Copy Sheet panel.

  5. Select the date of the sheet that you want to copy the data to in the Create Sheet panel.

  6. Click the Copy Total checkbox if you want to copy the values in addition to the details of the previous sheet to the new sheet.

  7. Click Copy. A Copy Sheet message is displayed.

  8. Click OK.

  9. Click Close. The Copy Sheet window closes.

  10. Click Refresh on the TASKS bar. The Disbursement sheet is displayed in the appropriate table on the Employee page > Timesheets tab.

  11. Make adjustments to the newly copied sheet.
