As an employer, it's your job to make sure you're paying your employees at least the minimum wage for each hour they work. The relevant minimum rate applies to all workers, even if they are salaried, paid piece rates, or only work intermittently.

The minimum wage changes about once a year, so it's important to keep yourself informed.
