You can create a favourites list of commonly used assignments that are to be used for timesheets. There are a number of ways to do this.

To add an assignment to your favourites list from your timesheet
  1. Open your timesheet.

  2. Select the assignment from your timesheet.

  3. Right-click on the Assignment cell and select Add to Favourites.

    or

  4. Click Add to favourites on the TASKS bar. The assignments are added to the Assignment favourites list.


To add assignments to your favourites list using the TASKS bar
  1. Open your timesheet.

  2. Click Add used assignments to favourites on the TASKS bar. The Add used assignments to favourites window opens listing all of the used assignments.

  3. Click the checkbox(es) adjacent to the selected assignment(s). These selected assignment(s) are added to the Assignment favourites.

  4. Click OK. The Add used assignments to favourites window closes. The selected used assignments are added to the Assignment favourites.

To view and organise your assignment favourites
  1. Open your timesheet.

  2. Click Assignment favourites on the TASKS bar. The Organise Favourites window opens displaying a list of all the commonly used assignments that have been added to the favourites list.

  3. Your assignment favourites can be reordered using the up and down arrows on the toolbar or deleted using the x.
