The Holidays Act 2003 defines the holiday and leave entitlements employees hold in New Zealand.

Ace Payroll automatically calculates many payments and entitlements in accordance with the act.

You can read the act online, and the Employment New Zealand and New Zealand Government websites both contain simple explanations of the legislation.
