Log in to the super portal

If your business has signed up to use MYOB's super portal, you can access the portal from your MYOB software.

1. If you're using:
   • AccountRight v19 or AccountEdge: go to the Pay Superannuation window in your software and click Go to MYOB's super portal.
   • MYOB Essentials and you've completed the setup tasks: click Pay Super on the Pay superannuation page.
2. Enter your login details:
   • If you signed up for the portal, and it's the first time you're logging in, use the details provided on the email you received after signup was complete (you'll need to enter your temporary password that was emailed to you after signing up). The next time you log in, you'll need to enter the email address you used when signing up for MYOB's super portal and the password you create for the portal. You may be prompted to enter a security code that will be emailed to your registered email address.
   • If someone else signed up for the portal, but you've been invited to access it, enter the user ID and password you've been given. The first time you log in you'll be prompted to change your password. You may be prompted to enter a security code that will be emailed to your registered email address.
3. Click Submit.

Invite others to use the super portal

If someone else looks after your business payroll, for example a payroll officer or a business advisor, you'll need to set them up in the super portal. See Add users.
