BankLink Notes Online and BankLink Practice 

Assigning a Primary Contact to a BankLink Online client file can only be done by a BankLink Online linked user in BankLink Practice.

To confirm whether you're a BankLink Online linked user, access the menu System > Users and make sure there's a green tick on your user details in the BankLink Online column.


To change the primary contact
  1. Open the client file in BankLink Practice.
  2. Click on Other Functions > Client Details > Options > Client Settings.
  3. Under the Default Client Administrator heading, type in the User Name and Email Address of the Primary Contact.
  4. Click OK. The changes to the user details are saved.
