.If you've registered a domain name through MYOB but no longer want MYOB to be the registrar, you can transfer the domain name to another registrar. If your domain name has expired

and updating your registrant details if they change.

Domain names purchased through MYOB Atlas can be transferred to another domain name registrar at any time.

For each domain name you want to transfer, you'll need

to renew

the domain

name with MYOB first before you can do so

First, you need to get the password, Auth Code or UDAI for each domain name you want to transfer. For:

Log into your MYOB Atlas Website.
Click on Site Settings.
Click on My Domain Names.
Under Domain names purchased through MYOB, locate the domain name you're transferring.

If your domain name ends in... then you will see...
.com, .net or .org

domain names, you'll need your Auth Code. You can get it by completing the Domain name enquiry form and selecting I want to transfer my domain name to another registrar and require my Auth Code in the Domain name enquiry field.

domain names, you'll need your domain name password. You can get it using AusRegistry's Recover Password tool. This tool will email your domain name password to your registrant email address.
Your registrant email address is the same as your MYOB Atlas account email address. You can view and update this email address on your Account information page. Just click My account on the Settings menu, and then click Edit account information in the Account information section.Then, send your domain name password, Auth Code or UDAI to your new registrar and request that they begin the domain name transfer

Having trouble retrieving your code?

Please email atlas@myob.com and let us know that you want to transfer your domain, the domain name you want to transfer and the wording of any error messages which may have displayed.

Take note of this code, including any capital letters and symbols that are part of the code.
Provide the code to your new domain name registrar. They will then transfer your domain under their management.

UDAI codes expire 30 days after they have been generated. After this period, you'll need to generate a new code through your MYOB Atlas website.

Auth Codes and Domain Name Passwords do not expire.
