Client and contact records can be added, edited and maintained at any time using the Client and Contact page.

To view detailed information about a client or contact, open the Client and Contact page and choose the relevant tab for the information you want to view.

From the Client and Contact pages, you can perform the following functions. Click on the links to learn more about each function.

Create a new client or contact

• Creating a new client/contact using the wizard (Accountants Office (AO))

• Creating a new client/contact using the wizard (Accountants Enterprise (AE))

View client and contact details

• Finding and opening clients and contacts
• Viewing all clients and contacts in a family group

Edit client data

• Changing client names and codes
• Changing clients into contacts (Not available for AO New Zealand)
  

Edit contact data

• Changing contacts’ names
• Changing contacts into clients
• Changing contacts to suppliers

Close or delete a client or contact

• Closing a client

• Deleting a client (Not available for AO New Zealand)

• Deleting a contact (Not available for AO New Zealand)
