We've got together and redesigned some of the screens and improved some of the workflows to make it easier to do what you need to do. For instance:

  • You can easily see the practice logo, practice name and portal name of the portal you're using.
  • Portals that you are a part of are easily visible and listed on the left of your screen. When you're working in a specific portal, the portal is highlighted so that you know which one it is and not get confused with the other portals you belong to.
  • There is a tab for your tasks along the top of the screen.
  • Pending and outstanding tasks are more easily identified.
  • There is a tab for your documents along the top of the screen. 
  • You can easily sort and filter your documents based on year, document type and associated tags.
  • You're now able to see all the details of a task or a document on the same window/tab without going to another window/tab.
  • Access the online help and log out using  next to your name.
