If you've been upgraded to the new MYOB Essentials, there are some services you may need to reset up or change over to. If you have been using:

• MYOB's super portal to pay your employees' super, you'll need to switch over to the Pay Super service
• YourPay to enter employee timesheets, you should consider setting up MYOB Team.

There's just some one-off setup tasks for these services.

Once you've set them up, you should find them superior to the old services. For example, you don't need to download a bank file when you pay employee super using Pay Super. And MYOB Team enables employees to clock on or off in real time on their phones.

Set up Pay Super

In your previous MYOB Essentials, you may have paid employee super using MYOB's super portal. In the new MYOB Essentials, you pay super using the Pay Super service. Like MYOB's super portal, Pay Super is SuperStream compliant. It's easier to make super payments using Pay Super and you get a clearer view of the status of your payments.

Accessing transaction history in MYOB's super portal

Although you can no longer pay super via MYOB's super portal from MYOB Essentials, you can still view your previous payments. Just visit this website and log in with your MYOB details.

Set up MYOB Team

MYOB Team enables employees to clock on and off, submit timesheets, leave requests and view their rosters and payslips with a quick tap.

Because employees enter their hours which, once approved, are sent directly to your MYOB software, the pay run process is quicker.
