Do you want to use the super portal with multiple company files? Here's some important information.

If your files are for businesses that have different ABNs

You'll need to sign up each file separately. Start the sign up process from within each file.

This super portal is designed for employers to look after their own super obligations. The business owner must sign up to use the super portal for their business, but may then choose to invite others, such as their MYOB Professional Partner, to access and use the portal on their behalf.

MYOB's super portal is not suitable for businesses who want to provide a clearing house service to other businesses.

Note that you can't sign up an additional business using MYOB account details that you've already used. If you only have one MYOB account, and you've already signed up a business using those details, you'll need to create another MYOB account as part of the signup process. Enter your details in the I don't have an MYOB account section and make sure you enter a different email address.

If you have multiple files for the same business and ABN

In this case, you only need to sign up once. However, if one of your company files uses a different bank account to make the superannuation payments from, you'll need to sign up that file separately. Start the sign up process from within that file.

Be aware you can't sign up an additional file using MYOB account details that you've already used. If you only have one MYOB account, and you've already signed up a file using those details, you'll need to create another MYOB account as part of the signup process. Enter your details in the I don't have an MYOB account section and make sure you enter a different email address.
