The MYOB Atlas website hosting and domain management product was closed on 30 September 2022. After 1 October 2022, you will no longer be billed for this product and credits for all annualised payments, including domain registrations will be organised (pro rata) as of 1 October 2022.
We still have a little work to do to shut down the technical infrastructure and, in fact, you may find your website and email will work for a short period of time. However, without any further notice, it will be shut down and your website will no longer appear on the internet and your access to the MYOB Atlas account management site will be cancelled. If you have not done so already, we strongly encourage you to transition off the MYOB Atlas products as soon as possible and transfer your domain registration to another provider.
If you have questions and concerns about what to do next, check the FAQs below or email us at atlas@myob.com.
The market for simple website hosting has changed markedly since MYOB helped small businesses build an online presence 10 years ago.
However, the needs of our customers for a web presence and building their businesses online are more advanced and they now need specialised providers that can provide eCommerce, social media and other integrations.
As such, we've made the decision to retire MYOB Atlas and concentrate on our core offering.
From 1 October 2022, you will no longer be charged for MYOB Atlas products.
If you're on an annual subscription, we'll refund any unused months charges. If you have other MYOB products, you'll continue to be charged as normal.
MYOB Atlas websites aren't developed to be migrated. Instead, you'll need to rebuild the website with a new webhosting provider of your choice.
There are several options on the market that offer simple templated websites who you can rebuild your website with. Please ensure you do your research to find a reputable provider.
Your domain names are not locked with us.
