Jobs are only available if you purchased Practice Manager. If you have the features available, the Jobs icon will be visible in the toolbar.
A job is work delegated to an individual and managed on a practice basis. This type of work is often discussed at weekly team WIP meetings.
The Job Manager is designed to assist you maintain and manage jobs and deadlines. It is a deadline management tool which enables you to track the progress of jobs using specified milestones.

Jobs are displayed on the Job Manager page.
Click to open the Job Manager.
Select All Jobs to see all the active jobs for the practice, or select My Jobs to see only jobs assigned to yourself.
