The minimum requirements for running BankLink Practice or BankLink Books is:
Windows 7 Pro (Service Pack 1) or newer, or
Windows Server 2008 R2 (or newer)
Using Windows XP or Vista?
Microsoft support for Windows XP stopped in April 2014. As such, there is no update available to resolve this error. The only solution is to update to a newer Windows version, such as Windows 8 or 10.
