Practice Manager only
This function lets you clear all dates or change the target date for some or all jobs in your homepage.
For example, this could be used when the dates are incorrect after rolling forward jobs.
Your Practice Administrator should perform this function. They must check the homepage has the correct jobs displayed before proceeding.
In MYOB Practice Manager, from the toolbar, select Jobs (AE/AO) or select your custom Job Sheet homepage (AE).
Select the jobs that need the target date removed or changed. You can do this by Sorting, grouping and filtering jobs or schedules.
Right-click on the Target Date column heading and select Set Target Date for all jobs. The Set Target Date for all listed jobs window opens.
You can select to:
Set a new target date — select Set Target Date and enter the new date in the format dd/mm/yyyy or select it from the drop-down calendaror
Remove target dates—select Clear all Target Dates.
Click OK. The dates for the selected jobs will update with new dates or clear depending on your selection.
