Use this option to submit the Support request form.
From the Product drop-down, select the area of MYOB Practice that you need support with. Select Online Partner/Connected Accounting if you're looking for support with:
- your client's products
- partner and practice billing queries
- client subscription cancellation
- moving a client file to client pays.
Once you've completed the support request, you'll get a confirmation email, and we'll get back to you with a response as soon as we can.
