When you publish a document to a client's portal using MYOB AE/AO software, or you attach a file to a task that's been created in MYOB Practice Online, you'll find those files by clicking Documents in the left navigation.
The Documents page also lists all your received files - the documents your clients have uploaded to their portal for you.
Click on a document in the displayed list to view it, or click the Action button associated with a document and select Preview.
View documents received from your clients
Click Received on your Documents page to view a list of all documents that you've received from your client (that were uploaded by them to their portal).
View documents you've sent to your clients
Click Sent on your Documents page to view a list of all the documents that you've sent to your client.
Download a document
Click the Action button associated with a document and select Download. The document can then be saved and/or opened in your PDF viewer.
Filter your documents
Click Filter, then select to filter by:
the document tag
the client who has been assigned the document
the person who uploaded the document.
Click Apply.
To remove the filter, click the Filter button and then Reset. Or click Reset filters on the message displayed across the top of the page indicating that you've filtered your documents list.
View the any associated task
If a document is associated with a task, you'll be able to view the details of a task from the Documents page.
Click the Action button associated with the document and select View task, or click the task icon associated with the document. The task icon is just before the Action button.
Delete a document
Click the Action button associated with a document and select Delete Document. See Delete a document for more info.
Share a document
To share a document with a contributor, click the Action button associated with a document and select Share with contributor. See Share a document for more info.
