Australia only, for partners who don't use MYOB AE/AO in their practice

On the Transaction processing page, if you've linked a client to their MYOB Essentials or AccountRight file, you can see which activity statements are coming up for the client and their lodgement status.

You need to have entered the client's ABN and branch number for this information to appear, and those details must match what's listed in your ATO agent portal.

UI Expand
titleTo add ABN and branch numbers to a client record
  1. Click All Clients in the top left of any page.
  2. In the Client list, find the client you want to add the ABN or branch number to.
  3. Click theEdit icon to open the record.
  4. Enter the ABN and Branch number.
  5. Click Save.

If a client has multiple branches

You can only specify one branch number for each client, which means if you prepare activity statements for multiple branches, you need to either:

  • Create another client record with the same ABN, and enter the other branch number you service. You will need to link the client to a file that isn't already linked. OR
  • Only have one record for the client, and track the status details of forms you've added for their other branches on the Tax page.

The Tax page doesn't show details for forms you haven't started yet, which means you can't see what's coming up.
