As an administrator, assigning roles to your staff lets you control their MYOB Practice privileges. There are two kinds of staff role: - The General role lets a staff member do accounting tasks in MYOB Practice.
- The Administrator role lets a staff member change all MYOB Practice settings.

- On the left of MYOB Practice, click Settings and choose Staff.
- From the list of staff, select the staff member that you want to give a role to.
- On the top right of the page, click Manage role.
- Under Roles, select a role from the drop-list. The role is displayed in the Roles section.
- Click Save.

If you use MYOB AE/AOAs an administrator, you can see which members of your staff have access to MYOB Practice. To see a list of these staff members, click the Settings icon on the left of MYOB Practice and choose Staff. If you want to assign an Administrator role to a staff member, you need to contact MYOB Support. If you see someone in the list who no longer works at your practice, you need to make them inactive in MYOB AE/AO. |
