You can add another user to collaborate with you on your dashboard. At this stage, the user you add to your dashboard, is not automatically created in AccountRight or Essentials. You'll need to also manually add the user to your AccountRight or Essentials account. UI Text Box |

| You must be an administrator user (or primary contact of the practice) to access and manage the user settings of your dashboard. The user you're adding must have a valid MYOB Login. You can only add one user at a time.

| - Click the drop-down arrow next to your name in the top right-hand corner of the purple bar.
- Select Settings.Click , then User management.
The Manage users page displays. Enter the Email address of the person in the text field. UI Text Box |

| The email address must be associated with a valid MYOB account. |
- Click Add user.
The selected person will be is added to the table below which lists all those who have access to your dashboard. If you enter an invalid email address or one that is not associated with a valid MYOB account, an error message is displayed. A dashboard link is provided on the page which for you can to share with the user you've added.
