The Online businesses view of the Accounting dashboard lists all MYOB Essentials businesses, Cashbook businesses, and online MYOB AccountRight company files you’ve created or have been invited to.

What you can see and do on the dashboard for each client depends on whether they are using MYOB Essentials or AccountRight, and whether you use compatible practice software like MYOB Accountants Enterprise (AE) or MYOB Accountants Office (AO):

For clients that use MYOB Essentials, you can:

Create an MYOB Essentials business
Open an MYOB Essentials business
Link an MYOB Essentials business to an MYOB AE/AO client record*
Review the allocation and reconciliation status for each month of the current and previous financial year.

Improve efficiency by analysing what percentage of transactions over the last 2 months are allocated automatically.

An easy way to contact business owners: If you use MYOB AE/AO and have linked an online business to a client, you can click the client’s name in the Accounting dashboard to display their contact details. If you’re viewing the dashboard on a mobile phone, or a device that has phone functions, click your client's listed mobile number or landline number to contact them directly.
