New Zealand only The Data reconciliation page for each client has three sections. If there's no data to display in a section, then we'll hide that section. Unreconciled transactions | Displays all unreconciled transactions. We download Inland Revenue (IR) transactions for each tax client, every night. If there are any new transactions to reconcile, you'll find them here. If you can't wait until tomorrow, you can manually retrieve the latest transactions by clicking Refresh IRD data on the top-right of the page. |
---|
IRD Statements | Shows a client's expected payments to Inland Revenue, including: - assessment transactions for expected provisional or terminal tax amounts
- penalties incurred for late payments
- interest incurred for late, underpayments, or missed payments.
|
---|
Reconciled transactions | Reconciled transactions are grouped together in this section. If you notice a mistake in a group of transactions, you can unreconcile them. The transactions move back to the Unreconciled transactions section, where you can fix the mistake by reconciling them again. |

Receiving your client's IR dataWe check for new IRD transactions every day, using Inland Revenue's Transaction data services (TDS) data feed. This happens overnight, automatically. Any new IRD transactions will appear in your client's Data reconciliation page, ready for you to reconcile the very next day. You can also check for new transactions at any time from Data reconciliation. Just click Refresh IRD data on the top right-hand side corner of the page. UI Text Box |
