Select the Log a support call option if you notice any anomalies with MYOB Portal or if you're having any issues. Selecting this option will give you access to the MYOB Support website for Australian clients or MYOB Support website for New Zealand clients, where, at this stage, you'll need to log in again. Click Create Support Request. Once you've completed the support request, a job reference number is emailed to you. We'll endeavor to resolve your issue as soon as we can.

Select the What's new option to access the release notes for MYOB Portal which include a list of all features, enhancements and bug fixes that have been made to the product to date.
