There may be occasions when you'll need to reopen a completed task, for instance, when you get more receipts or information concerning a client's tax statement that would mean adjustments to their tax return. 

How to
  1. Access your portal.

    You can access your portal in 2 ways:

    - directly from your browser using http://ae.myob.com (if you have MYOB AE) or http://ao.myob.com (if you have AO). Bookmark the page for easy access in the future.
    or
    - clicking  on the toolbar of your desktop version of MYOB AE or MYOB AO.

     
  2. Click Tasks on the left.
    All your Open tasks are displayed.
  3. Click Completed tasks.
    All the completed tasks are displayed.

  4. Click the task that is to be reopened.
    All the task details are displayed.

  5. Click Reopen in the top right-hand corner.
    A message is displayed across the top of the page to let you know that the task was successfully updated.
    Your tasks list is updated with the selected task moving from Complete tasks to Open tasks.
