You're able to filer your desktop businesses to display only those you would like to see.

Access the Accounting dashboard.
Click Accounting on the left.
Click Desktop businesses.
Click the Filter button.
The Filter options dialog is displayed.
Select the Show businesses with available licences only checkbox, if you wish to only display desktop businesses that have active, available licences for online entitlement.
Click Apply.
Your desktop business list is filtered based on your selection.
A message is displayed below the search and filter options letting you know the options that you have selected.
You can further search the filtered list by entering a business name in the Search text field.

There are 2 ways to remove an applied filter:

Click the Filter button and then select Reset in the displayed Filter options dialog.
or
Click Reset filters on the filter message displayed above the list of desktop businesses.
