Click theicon in the top right corner to access a range of help and support resources. If you're using the new navigation, you'll find these options by clicking Help in the side navigation bar.
Select the Help for this page option to access a help page with information about the page you're on.
Select the Community forum option to ask questions on the MYOB Community Forum or to get involved in product discussions.
Select the Log a support call option if you need technical support. You'll need to sign in and then click Create Support Request. Once you've completed the support request, a job reference number is emailed to you, and we'll get back to you with a response as soon as we can.
Select the FAQ option to access frequently asked questions relating to system configuration, two-factor authentication and other common queries.
Select the What's new option to access the release notes, which include a list of all features, enhancements and bug fixes that have been made to date.
