An agent may request a reprint of a certificate within 30 days of the registration of the company, where the agent registered the company and the original certificate was delivered electronically.

Lodgement of a valid RA51 will result in the preparation of a RA55 reply

To nominate a registered agent on behalf of your company

(nav subject to change) From practice-centric ASIC, view click Agent documents.
Choose Reprint certificate.
Click on the drop-down arrow and choose the company you're requesting a reprint for.
Click I hereby declare that this information is true and that I am authorised to give this notification to ASIC.
