When your practice sends tax notices to your clients using the email option, your practice can receive a copy of the email. The staff member with the MYOB Practice Administrator role needs to set a CC email address to use this feature.

You may also want to set up folders in Microsoft Outlook with rules to divert the email to that folder.

To set a CC email address
  1. Ensure you’re logged in as the MYOB Practice Administrator.
  2. In MYOB Practice, on the left menu bar, select Settings () and choose Compliance. The Settings and templates Compliance page appears.
  3. In the Tax notices tile, to the right of the Email section, click Edit.
  4. Enter an Email address to CC.
  5. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
