To let customers know that they can pay their invoices online, consider adding a "How to pay" section to your invoice forms. Here's how you can do it. Download the MasterCard/Visa logo hereyou want to use: . Go | Right-click an image above and choose "Save as". |
- In AccountRight, go to the Setup menu and choose Customise Forms.
- Click the Invoices tab and select the invoice form you want to customise.
- Click Customise.
- When the form appears, scroll down to the section where you want to add the How to Pay section.
- Click Picture in the toolbar.
- Select the MasterCard/Visa logo file and click Open.
- Move the logo to the desired location on your form.
- Click Text Box in the toolbar.
- Drag a box beside the ‘MasterCard/Visa’ logo that's large enough to include the payment instructions.
- Double click the text box and type “To pay via Visa or MasterCard, click the Pay Now option from within the online version of this invoice.”
- Click the Print Preview tab to check how the new section will look.
- When you're done, go to the menu button and choose Save.
- Repeat this process for any other invoice forms you use that can be paid online.
