Bank feeds is an AccountRight service that lets you compare your bank account and credit card transactions with those recorded in AccountRight. For information about setting up bank feeds, see Set up accounts.
This section explains the bank feeds management tasks you may need to perform, including:
checking the status of your bank feed application
taking action if there is a problem with your application
applying for another bank feed
cancelling a bank feed
giving other users access to bank feeds.
To perform these tasks, you need:

your my.MYOB login details (for information on my.MYOB, see What is my.MYOB?).

Start AccountRight.
Go to the Setup menu > Manage Bank Accounts. The Manage Bank Accounts window appears.
Click Add or remove a bank account. An internet browser window opens and the my.MYOB Log In page appears.
Log in with your my.MYOB login details. The My Products page appears, showing your bank feeds information. This includes your account details, the status of your bank feeds and any actions you may take for the selected account.
The following table lists the statuses of bank feeds and the actions you may need to take:

If you haven’t already done so, print, complete, sign and witness the authority form and post it to the address on the form. Note that it can take up to two weeks to set up a bank feed connection to your bank.
If your bank feed application was rejected because of invalid account details, you cannot simply repost a corrected authority form; you must reapply for a new bank feed with the correct account details.
Click Go to the My Productsmenu and choose My Products.
Select your AccountRight product then click Bank Feeds.
Choose the company file which has the bank feed you want to cancel. The bank feeds for that company file will be listed.
Click Cancel in the Actions column of the bank feed you want to cancel (bank account or credit card account).
Click OK to the confirmation message. The bank feed will be cancelled immediately and the status will change to Cancelled. On the Manage Bank Feeds window in AccountRight, the status for this bank feed will also display as Cancelled.

If you need to set up a new bank feed for this bank or credit card account in a different AccountRight company file, contact MYOB on 1300 555 931 (Australia) or 0508 328 283 (New Zealand).

To delete a cancelled bank feed account

Start AccountRight.
Go to the Setup menu > Manage Bank Accounts. The Manage Bank Accounts window appears.
Select the account you want to delete. Note that you cannot delete accounts that have received bank transactions.
Click the delete icon ( ). The account is deleted.
